How Our Scholarship Works
At The Fuerza Foundation, we believe scholarships are just the beginning.
Each year, we award scholarships to Latino male high school and college students who show:
Academic potential
Leadership in their communities
Strength in the face of adversity
But this isn’t just about tuition — it’s about transformation.
Our scholars receive comprehensive support that includes:

We’re looking for Latino male students with the drive to succeed — even when the odds are against them.
You’re eligible if you:
Identify as a Latino male
Currently a high school Junior/Senior in the Tampa Bay Area
Have a minimum
Unweighted GPA of 3.0
or
Weighted GPA of 3.75
Submit a completed application
Undocumented and DACA students are encouraged to apply.
